I didn't like his old design.

It bored me.

He wears a long rusty metal chain now. (which I failed to draw)

And he's still a very bad guy.

Wings are all red.
Can still shapeshift and turn invisible.
Still a skyscraper with legs (he's quiet tall).
Still secretly wants to be a good boy.
